Cuffs, coasters and the small pieces that carry the hand tooling — basketweave fields, carved borders, and dyed and embossed panels.
Tooling is the slow part. The leather is cased, the pattern is walked across it stamp by stamp, and there is no undo — a mis-struck stamp is a new piece of leather.
This is where color gets interesting too. Dyed and embossed panels, antiqued carving, and finishes that are not going to match anybody else’s.
