Privacy Policy
Effective September 18, 2026
The short version
This website sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and carries no advertising pixel. The one thing it collects is whatever you choose to type into the inquiry form on the contact page. Calling, texting or emailing the workshop instead collects nothing beyond the message itself.
What this site loads
Every file this site needs — the stylesheet, the one small script, the photographs and the fonts — is served from this domain. The typefaces are ones already installed on your device, so no font is fetched from a third party.
There is one exception, and it is on the
contact page only. The inquiry form there is
not part of this website: it is served by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), so
opening that page loads a frame from leadconnectorhq.com and
a small resizing script from msgsndr.com. Those are the only
requests this site makes to anyone else, and they happen on that one page.
GoHighLevel may set its own cookies inside that frame; the rest of this
site sets none.
Links that leave this site
Some buttons take you somewhere else: the Etsy shop, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Once you follow one of those links you are on that company's website and their privacy policy applies, not this one. Anything you buy is bought on Etsy, and Etsy — not this website — handles your order, your payment details and your delivery address.
Calling, texting and email
If you call, text or email the workshop, that message is held in the ordinary way any small business holds a message: on the phone and in the email account, for as long as it is useful to the job. It is not sold and not shared with anyone else.
Texting a number is a normal SMS through your own carrier. Standard message and data rates apply and the workshop has no control over them.
The inquiry form
The form on the contact page asks for your first and last name and an email address, and it will not submit without them. A phone number and a message are optional — you can send the form with the phone box empty and get an email back instead.
What you submit goes to GoHighLevel, the system the workshop uses to keep track of inquiries, and from there to William Montgomery. It is used to answer you and to keep track of your piece. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else for their own marketing.
Text messages the workshop may send you
The inquiry form carries two separate opt-in boxes. Both are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Leaving both unticked is a complete inquiry: it is answered exactly the same way, and it does not affect ordering or anything being made for you.
- The first box is for messages about your own inquiry or order: custom work requests, what is available, order updates, and pickup or delivery details.
- The second box is different, and it is worth reading before you tick it. It is consent to receive marketing and promotional messages — special offers, discounts and new product announcements. Ticking the first box does not opt you into this one.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message from the workshop to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Opting out of one kind of message does not opt you out of the other, so reply STOP to whichever you no longer want, or say so in a normal message and it will be handled by hand.
Mobile numbers given here are not sold, and they are not shared with any third party for that third party's own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
This page was rewritten on the day the inquiry form went onto the contact page, because until then the site collected nothing at all and this page said so. If anything else is ever added — a booking tool, analytics, an advertising pixel — this page will be rewritten again to say so before it goes live, and the effective date above will change.
